15 years of coaching experience is offered to you with respect, love and care…
Efficiency and ethics are what make me respect myself. And I admire and respect those who operate with a set of values that only make this world kinder and more beautiful. I started off as an English teacher to children when I was only 18 years old. I set up my first business at the age of 22. About ten years later, I started teaching executives the ins and outs of business, management, leadership, and finance.
And then, about 5 years later I went into the coaching business. Since 2009 I have been striving to offer the best coaching sessions to my clients using my teaching experiences and understanding their thought processes. Naturally, I went into research…
Research? Why research?
Because I had to learn even more about the human mind, the thinking, the beliefs.
What stood out was the work I did in detecting lies which I presented at the Harvard Medical School Leadership Conference in Boston. Untruths that clients might tell themselves. I trained with former FBI agents to understand the power of questioning even more. How do you use coaching language to make the other person feel safe and willing to disclose uncomfortable truths that would help them move forward faster and more effectively? How do you help them create the right boundaries?
