Why me?
For more than two decades I have been working on language and its use in everyday life to achieve outcomes. It was only natural that my coaching would focus on elements like communication, saying “no”, negotiating effectively, and public speaking. Due to my teaching background, decision-making, choices, and discipline became part of my coaching. The most recently added elements are personal branding, resilience, and antifragility thanks to my personal journey.
As a professional coach since 2009 and a trainer for aspiring coaches since 2011, I have worked hard to put together the foundation and subsequent approach that will ensure results. The key result in coaching is change – not necessarily improvement but enhancing the element of “different”. Thinking differently, acting differently, believing differently.
